Pre-Construction Planning

D.S.E  perform preliminary planning and engineering in order to define the project,we identify potential issues, and analyze cost impacts.

D.S.E defines pre-construction as

defining the project scope, schedule, and cost as early as possible with the most efficient use of resources and money.

Our pre-construction efforts ultimately help the owner determine if the project is even viable or not. If viable,

pre-construction defines the scope of work enough to determine a firm cost

and schedule for the project.

Architectural Drawing 
        & Modelling

D.S.E  design, construct architectural models and architectural drawings to visualizations for councils and corporate clients who want the cutting edge displays of their projects seen. Our architectural models are made using laser cutting and 3D printing.

Construction Management

D.S.E  functions as construction management and we typically

include the following:

  1. Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.

  2. Maximizing the resource efficiency through procurement of labor, materials and equipment.

  3. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.

  4. Developing effective communication and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.

To create repeatable improvements we work with suppliers, subcontractors, real estate agents and mortgage underwriters to assist in recognising the economic value in better functioning homes and buildings.
